Established in 1987, Manta Construction Limited (hereinafter referred to as Manta Construction), a subsidiary of Kaisa Capital, has nearly 33 years of experience in construction engineering management and is registered with the Buildings Department as a registered general building contractor (RGBC), which permits it to undertake private construction projects with no monetary ceiling. At present, Manta Construction has an independent and complete organisational structure and management team, with nearly 30 managerial staff, all from renowned construction companies in Hong Kong. The Company mainly undertakes private construction projects such as foundation piling, earthworks, superstructure, renovation and improvement works in the Hong Kong market.
